Great tit behind leaves
Great tits are usually a bit smaller than blue tits but otherwise they look almost just the same, except for the colours. This one looks almost like it’s hiding behind leaves so that no one can see the face.

Duckling loves duckweed
This little duckling is already a few weeks old and lives in a lake with a lot of duckweed. After having had a snack, some of it is still on his beak looking almost like a cloverleaf.

A baby nutria in early spring
Nutrias are often black, though brown ones are common too. Their babies look like a mix between giant rats and mini versions of their parents. This little nutria ventured out for a short stroll on land near its lakeside home to snack on some grass.
