Young grey herons spend the first weeks and months of their life in the nest. Their parents spend their time hunting and come by to feed them. The kids are always happy to see them and get fed.

A Eurasian bullfinch looks beautiful due to the strong red colours of the bird, but this bird here looks even better with the sun shining in the background.

A dunnock always looks a bit aggressive and excited. I found this one in a park sitting right next to a red robin on a hedge. Despite their look, they seem to get along really well.
